One, five exhibition linkage, reappearance of industrial ecosystem


This fabric exhibition is jointly held at the same time with China International Clothing & Accessories Fair (Spring), China International Household Textiles & Accessories Fair (Spring/Summer), China International Textile & Yarn Fair (Spring/Summer) and China International Knitting Fair (Spring/summer). This fabric exhibition has 6 pavilions, 13 professional exhibition areas, 39 subdivided categories, there are 22 countries and regions around the world nearly 3000 high quality surface accessories suppliers centralized appearance. Ten thousand kinds of new products, new technology, new applications gather here, this exhibition by creating exhibitors parallel integrated ecology, in the industrial chain between the upstream and downstream bridge, promote industry collaboration, for the industry exchanges and mutual promotion to provide a high-quality platform, production, circulation, distribution, consumption each link to accelerate the cycle, for gradually recovering textile enterprises into more active market momentum. In the same period, China fiber fashion trend release, China yarn fashion trend release, enterprise new product release, textile material innovation forum, live exhibition shopping - high-end interview and other activities were held.


During the exhibition, there was an unprecedented crowd in the exhibition hall. All exhibitors' stands were crowded, and domestic and foreign professional visitors, buyers and terminal brands showed high enthusiasm.


Second, focus on filament weaving industry, enterprises show new style


(1) Rich and colorful raw materials, laid a solid foundation for the research and development of filament woven products


Chemical fiber filament fabric is the main raw material, which makes this kind of fabric has many advantages of chemical fiber. In addition to chemical fiber filament, all kinds of chemical fiber yarn (thread), natural yarn (thread) can be the composition of chemical fiber filament fabric raw materials. The abundant supply of raw materials has laid a solid foundation for the development of chemical fiber filament fabrics.


1. Green raw materials


Green is one of the highlights of the exhibition, which is also well reflected in the raw materials. Mainly manifested in the following products:


(1) Recycled raw materials


Recycled polyester: Recycled polyester by physical method is mainly made from waste bottles and processed by washing, screening and shredding to make recycled polyester slices and then fused and spun into recycled polyester filament, which can be used in various fields. Jiangsu Zhongyuan, Fujian Serong, Zhejiang Haili, Hangzhou Galloping Ma and other enterprises participating in this exhibition are all focused on producing recycled polyester silk. Industrial chemical fiber giants such as Hengli and Shenghong are also actively engaged in the production of such products, making efforts for the green development of the industry. Polyester reclaimed by chemical method is made from waste textiles by grinding, storage tank, depolymerization, filtration and separation, transesterification, DMT purification, rectification, DMT storage, polymerization, slicing, spinning and other processes. The representative enterprise Zhejiang Beauty also participated in the exhibition, and exhibited its three categories of products: reclaimed DMT, reclaimed polyester slice and reclaimed fiber. Recycled nylon: The recycled nylon represented by Jiahua is made of waste fishing net, waste silk, waste cloth and so on as raw materials. After selecting, sorting, sorting, shredding, the master grain is made by scientific processing method, and then the raw material required for weaving is formed after spinning.


(2) Biobased and degradable raw materials


At the exhibition, biological Kindragon (PA56) became a hot nylon product. PA56 is a polyglutarenediamine adipate formed by the polymerization of biological glutarenediamine and petroleum adipate. Its biological content is about 45%, which reduces the consumption of non-renewable resources. Through investigation, it is found that most enterprises use PA56 from Shanghai Kaisai, Hangzhou Yipin and other enterprises. During the interview, some enterprises said that 100% biological Gindragon PA510 has also been widely used. Through research, it is known that PA510 is made from the polymerization of biological glutarylenediamine and sebacic acid, which is a dicarboxylic acid produced from castor oil, so PA510 is 100% biological material.


The biodegradability of synthetic fiber has always been the focus of green development in the industry. In this exhibition, the concept of degradable is also throughout. In the process of research, polylactic acid (PLA) degradable fiber appears most frequently. PLA is made from starch containing organisms such as corn and potato or straw cellulose, which is fermented by lactic acid bacteria to produce high purity single molecule polylactic acid by polymerization. (The specific process is: grain, starch, lignocellulose and other raw materials for sugar production - using sugar as raw materials to fermentation lactic acid culture lactic acid bacteria - lactic acid dehydration synthesis of lactide-lactide synthesis of polylactic acid fiber is polylactic acid through melt spinning and other processing technology production. Polylactic acid fiber has weak acidity close to human body, natural skin-friendly, bacteriostatic, anti-mite, good drapiness, moisture permeability, luster and silky feeling, after waste, under compost conditions, it can be completely decomposed into CO2 and H2O in 3-6 months. At the exhibition, Anhui Fengyuan and Ningbo Hesu and other enterprises displayed their polylactic acid fiber and products.


In addition, some companies add CiCLO biodegradable additives to spinning stoste to improve the degradability of fabrics. CiCLO proprietary additive technology is an inherently upstream solution that creates numerous biodegradable "spots" in a polymer matrix where naturally occurring microorganisms can decompose plastic products in the same way as natural fibers in a given environment. By using this new technology, the process of biodegradation of PET fibers is accelerated, which could help reduce pollution from plastic waste in landfills and synthetic microfibers released into the ocean. The process can be used for both native and recycled PET. Jiangsu Zhongyuan is the global CiCLO certified manufacturer, and this exhibition focuses on the launch of this product.


(3) coloring raw materials of stock solution


Stoste coloring fiber, the coloring process of water saving and energy saving, strong color fixing effect, has become an important part of green raw materials.


2. Differentiated and functional raw materials


This fabric exhibition, almost all raw material enterprises have developed their own differentiation or functional products.


Hengli focuses on the introduction of a new generation of modified polyester -- "unprocessed nylon", which is made of randomly embedded hydrophilic groups and soft chain segments in the original polymer, which can realize low temperature and atmospheric pressure dyeing, low carbon and environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction, and the fabric is hydrophilic and comfortable, moisture absorption and quick drying. Hengli also launched the antibacterial fiber "Kukang silk", the fiber is in the process of chemical fiber macromolecular polymerization, segmentation time embedded ore gene elements polymerization, with antibacterial and antibacterial, far infrared, anti-ultraviolet, anti-static and other functions.


Zhejiang Jiahua launched a variety of functional nylon silk, such as graphene nylon - in situ polymerization of graphene with caprolactam to form graphene polyamide 6 slices; Collagen nylon -- extracted from Marine resources and human skin biocompatible, skin-friendly and comfortable amino acid crude fiber, and embedded in nylon; Antibacterial nylon -- Developed antibacterial fiber that uses titanium dioxide to penetrate cells and destroy the properties of proteins; Anti-uv + cool nylon -- Embed cool mineral factor and add anti-UV absorbent; Heating nylon -- the micro elements of volcanic rock and other super heat storage factors are evenly embedded in nylon, the absorption of sunlight and the human body released far infrared ray energy into heat, to achieve the effect of heat storage and warm......

In addition to the above categories, the exhibition, the enterprise also exhibited a variety of characteristic synthetic fibers such as white copper antibacterial fiber, fine Dan anti-pylon acrylic fiber, bamboo charcoal polyester, coffee carbon fiber and chitin, air conditioning fiber, aloe fiber and other cellulose fibers, in short, whether synthetic fiber or cellulose fiber, filament or short fiber, differentiation and function occupy an important position.
