Founded in 1986, Wuyang Spinning Machine is a comprehensive national high-tech enterprise which researches, develops and produces series warp knitting machines and high-grade warp knitting fully formed garments. It owns many entities such as Wuyang Spinning Machine, Wuyang Saide, Ashili 3D warp knitting clothing, digital factory and Wuyang Vietnam. In cooperation with many domestic universities such as South Science and Technology, Donghua University, Jiangnan University, Tianjin University of Technology, the company has set up a number of scientific research institutions, such as the product research and development center of double needle bed warp knitting machine, enterprise technology center, Jiangsu Provincial Engineering and Technology Center of warp knitting Machine operation control, enterprise graduate workstation, etc. Now it has the ability to design and develop high-speed, efficient and intelligent series of spinning machine products. Relying on the "Internet + intelligent manufacturing" platform, the company has created the first "efficient weaving intelligent warp knitting production line" in China, and developed an intelligent management system for the warp knitting production line, which carries out data collection, transmission, diagnosis, maintenance management and remote control for each production link of the warp knitting production line, forming an intelligent production mode.


At the end of 2021, the project of "Digital Fully formed warp Knitting Equipment and Intelligent Production Management System" jointly developed by Wuyang Spinning Machine and Donghua University won the first-class Scientific Progress Award of 2021 by China National Textile Industry Council. Chen Ge, on behalf of the project team, reported the overall situation, main innovation points and future development direction of the award project. He mentioned that digital fully formed warp knitting has realized a new model of 3D intelligent weaving on yarn machine and integrated forming "weaving and wearing" clothing production. It provides warp knitting equipment for satellite antenna, aerospace mesh base cloth, multi-purpose air cushion, home textile products, functional mesh and so on, and realizes fully formed weaving of functional fibers and staple fibers. Intelligent production management system to achieve orders, raw materials, warping, weaving, packaging, warehousing, logistics and other man-machine objects, production, supply and marketing of big data closed-loop intelligent management.


Wang Minqi emphasized in his research that 3D full-form weaving technology is a revolutionary innovation in the field of textile and garment production. It does not require cutting, sewing, sewing or waste of materials. It can achieve the effect of low cost, one-time molding, complete categories and short production cycle, and is an important technological innovation direction in the knitting industry. At the same time, it is urgent to realize effective collection and optimization of production data, realize intelligent and remote management of production line, and improve production efficiency and product quality in view of the problems such as the control mode of stand-alone version of traditional warp knitting equipment and the inability of effective monitoring, monitoring and collaborative application of production data. At the same time, he pointed out that as a typical family enterprise, Wuyang Spinning Machine needs to take scientific and technological innovation as the lead and intergenerational inheritance as the support in the future, and cultivate a century-old store in the industry.
