(hereinafter referred to as "ENN Energy") to transform the dye cylinder process, changing part of the steam heat transfer process to the gas heater cycle heat transfer process, effectively improving the thermal efficiency of gas heating.

In 2024, ENN Energy has successively installed a number of printing and dyeing plants with carbon intelligent control integrated machines, and the energy consumption management of dyeing tanks by various manufacturers has been further upgraded. Wang Zun, chief product officer of NENAO Panenergy Network, told reporters that the carbon intelligent control machine is independently developed by NENao Energy, and can use algorithms to sense, predict and analyze the microcirculation process system of the dye tank, and then optimize temperature control to achieve efficient matching of energy supply and printing and dyeing process.


The data show that the dye tank equipped with the carbon intelligent control machine has a 5% higher yield than before and remains above 99%. This means that the energy consumption of a dyeing tank can be reduced by about 4%.


"We also set up a carbon emission factor monitoring module in the integrated carbon intelligent control machine, which can automatically calculate the carbon footprint of the entire production process of printing and dyeing, and intelligent carbon footprint analysis report for printing and dyeing products." Wang said that credible carbon footprint reports will play an important role in China's textile exports.
